Support

iComix reads CBR, CBZ, and PDF files you supply. No comics or comic subscription are included.

To import a comic, use Files or another app’s share/open action and choose iComix. Imported comics appear in your library. Tap a cover to read; tap the page to show reader controls and page thumbnails.

Privacy policy

Your library stays private

Imported comics, extracted pages, library information, settings, and reading progress are stored on your device. iComix does not upload your comic library to a developer-operated server.

When you use iCloud, library and connected-provider information is stored in your private iCloud CloudKit database. The developer cannot access your private iCloud data. Local-only imports remain on your device. Apple operates iCloud under Apple’s privacy policy.

Optional cloud storage

If you connect a storage account, iComix communicates with that provider to browse and download your chosen files. Connection information is retained to reconnect and may sync through your private iCloud database. These requests go directly to the provider, not through a developer-operated server. The provider’s own privacy terms apply. You can disconnect accounts in iComix and revoke access with the provider.

No advertising or analytics

iComix does not include advertising, developer-operated analytics, or advertising tracking, and does not sell your information. Apple may provide platform diagnostics according to your device settings and Apple’s privacy policy.

Your choices

You can remove comics from iComix, disconnect storage accounts, and manage or delete iCloud data through your Apple account and device settings. Backups and storage-provider copies are governed by the services you use.

Feedback in the app

If you send feedback from Settings in iComix, your message, the developer’s replies, and your iComix version are stored on the developer’s server so the developer can read and respond to it. Nothing from your library is sent. A random identifier kept in your private iCloud lets your feedback appear on all your devices; it is not linked to your name or Apple Account. To prevent spam, a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address is stored with each message. To have your feedback deleted, contact the developer.

Support and this website

If you contact the developer, your message and contact details are used to respond to your request. The public pages of this website use no cookies, advertising, or analytics scripts. Railway, the hosting provider, may process ordinary web request information to operate the site; this is separate from your app’s private comic library.
